CMS employs a proven system installation process which has been developed over time by highly skilled and experienced installation professionals.  As with most large projects, a phone system installation requires that 90% of the overall process is spent planning and preparing, while the remaining 10% is spent executing. The combination of our meticulous attention to detail and highly skilled installation personnel, not only ensures a smooth transition to new technology and advanced applications, but also provides a system designed to enhance your business communications.

CMS employs over 40 manufacturer certified installation professionals including Project Managers, System Designers, Installation Engineers, and Trainers.

Customized System Design
Every business is different and your telephone system should be designed to fit your specific environment and needs.  Our experienced design personnel will work with you to identify those needs and develop and program a system and applications to enhance your operations.

Customized End-User Training
CMS believes training is a very important aspect of any system installation.  We develop customized training programs based on your specific system design.  Training is performed at your location with typical setup for 10 to 12 users.  Customized training materials are provided in both hard and soft copy.  Training is performed using live telephone instruments and access to PC applications. We can also develop customized training videos which can be made available to new employees long after the system is installed.
