Customized System Design
Every business is different and your telephone system should be designed to fit your specific environment and needs. Our experienced design personnel will work with you to identify those needs and develop and program a system and applications to enhance your operations.
Customized End-User Training
CMS believes training is a very important aspect of any system installation. We develop customized training programs based on your specific system design. Training is performed at your location with typical setup for 10 to 12 users. Customized training materials are provided in both hard and soft copy. Training is performed using live telephone instruments and access to PC applications. We can also develop customized training videos which can be made available to new employees long after the system is installed. |
